Maison Retro currently ships across Canada. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping times

• Quebec & Ontario: 2–5 business days
• Rest of Canada: 4–8 business days
• Remote regions: 7–14 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Larger statement pieces (furniture, oversized lighting) may incur additional handling fees, which will be shown clearly before checkout.

Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD within Canada.

Lost, damaged, or delayed

If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us at maisonretro770@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We’ll make it right.
